Once again, Larry and I will participate in InMotion’s largest fundraising event of the year for Parkinson’s on September 14th.

The annual Pals In Motion event supports InMotion, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to help people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) feel better every day. Funds raised from this event help provide multi-modal, holistic, evidenced-based programs that include physical wellness, creative movement, arts, education and support to our Parkinson’s community. Many of us are involved in clinical studies for hospitals and research teams around the country.  All of the above is FREE OF CHARGE to people with PD and their care partners.

The event includes the following: 5K Run, 5K Walk, 1 Mile Walk and Virtual Run/Walk. If you would like to join TEAM HATCH and help us fundraise that day we would be thrilled. You can walk the 5K with us or participate in any of the other events. We will all meet up. Just click on JOIN to register and make sure to choose TEAM HATCH. There will be free shirts for all as well as bananas, fruit, bars, ice cream, breakfast burritos etc. after the walk. Save on plastics and bring your own trusty water bottle.
